Negotiation Skills for Humanitarian Aid Workers

SEAHUM together with Rumah Zakat and Dompet Dhuafa held a Training: Negotiation Skills for Humanitarian Aid Workers.

This activity was carried out to improve negotiation skills for Indonesian Humanitarian Workers and also support them in negotiating more effectively.

This activity was attended by 3 facilitators including Farah Ghassani (Dompet Dhuafa), Fikri Pido (ICRC) and Abdoel Malik (MDMC).

The main meeting has the main focus of introducing participants to the negotiating phases, the 2 types of negotiations and the PIN Model. Whereas on the second day the focus is on Behavior and Communication in Negotiations, also equipped with a Humanitarian Negotiation Clinic where participants can share experiences and also consult on obstacles during Negotiations.
