This process not only provides direct assistance in the form of food, but also ensures that the wheat received by needy families can be consumed immediately in a ready-to-eat form. By processing the wheat into bread, this aid makes it easier for Palestinians who have difficulty obtaining fuel or equipment to process raw food.
